NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that a casual vacancy has arisen in the Office of Councillor for the Bagnall Parish Council.
If by 14 days excluding Dies Non, after the date of this notice a request for an election to fill said vacancy is made in writing to the Proper Officer at the address below by TEN electors for the said Parish, an election will be held to fill the said vacancy, otherwise the vacancy will be filled by co-option.

Introduction
Bagnall Parish Council has dedicated considerable effort over recent months to ensure all parishioners are thoroughly informed about the ongoing Local Government Reorganisation. Keeping Parishioners Informed
This has been achieved through Parish Council meetings, the distribution of information leaflets inviting parishioners to a follow-up public meeting. This meeting, held on 28 October 2025, was well attended by members of the community, reflecting the high level of local interest and engagement in the issue.
